Returns and Refunds
We will do our very best to help, if you are not satisfied or simply change your mind please read below for return instructions.
** Damages must be notified to us via email within 24hours of delivery.

Returning an item purchased online:
- Return requests must be submitted by email within 14days of receipt of order, before returning please email care@doodleandboom.com and you will be given further instructions, a return address and a returns code.
- Items purchased online can be returned either via post at your own expense (we suggest a trackable service to make sure your returns reach us and cannot be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged returns),or for free in person to our Bangor Store, this must be pre arranged (as above) please email care@doodleandboom.com.(returned goods MUST be received back within 28 days to be eligible for refund.)
- All items purchased online to be returned MUST be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase, MUST be in As New condition fit for resale including undamaged/unopened packaging. All items will be inspected within 24hrs of receipt and if eligible for refund this will then be processed.
- You MUST include your name, address and telephone number.
- Return Address: will be provided in your reply instruction returns email. Please note during lockdown the return address may differ from the actual store address, please wait for email confirmation of returns address.
- Earrings, skincare products and face masks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

- Items purchased instore must be returned to store within 14 days to receive a full refund.
- All items purchased instore to be returned MUST be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase, MUST be in As New condition fit for resale including undamaged/unopened packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
We aim to refund within 3-5 working days from receiving your parcel at our store. We will email you to confirm your refund has been processed. It may however take your bank some time to process the refund.
We will not refund the original delivery charge unless there is an error on our part or the item was faulty.
All refunds will be processed back via the original method of payment.
What if I want to exchange an item by post that I bought online?
You must request a refund as above within 14 days and then return the items to receive a refund. You will then need to process a new order for the different items.
What if I want to exchange an item instore that I bought online?
Items bought online can be exchanged instore, please email care@doodleandboom.com within 14 days of receipt where you will be given further instructions.
Changing or cancelling an order
- In most circumstances, it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. However, if you do need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible for advice at care@doodleandboom.com
- If your order has already left us for delivery to you, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
Why have I had a refund when I didn’t cancel my order or return anything?
Sometimes things just go wrong. You will be refunded if we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered. It may be the last one we have in a range and it’s not in good enough condition to send or it gets damaged as we’re processing your order. We try hard not to let this happen but when it does, and we can’t get you a replacement we send you a refund.
